So, we picked up all our usuals from the farmers market which of course included clams. My aunt came to visit today, and we definitely wanted to do a super big dinner.
I guess you can probably assume clams and spaghetti is one of our favorite dishes. And to be honest, I am not the least bit sad about it. And every week, do you want to know what we make?! Clams and spaghetti. So our weekly summer Saturday tradition this year has been going to the farmers market for fish and clams. Think your classic clams casino but in pasta form…does it get more delicious and decadent than that ?! Crispy thick-cut bacon, cherry tomatoes, lots of fresh parsley, and of course the main attraction…clams !! Because you can’t do Labor Day weekend without a good clams and pasta dish !! And a good marg of course…cheers !!
